Youssef BENRHAFIANE is the Deputy Managing Director in charge of Business Development of BANK OF AFRICA GHANA. Prior to his appointment to Ghana, he had worked in various roles within BMCE BANK OF AFRICA, Morocco and the BOA Group. He was the Deputy Managing Director of BANK OF AFRICA Tanzania, the Deputy Regional Manager in charge of Retail and Corporate of BMCE BANK OF AFRICA Morocco, Corporate Regional Manager of BMCE BANK OF AFRICA and Senior Corporate Manager in BMCE BANK OF AFRICA. He had also worked in various capacities for ABN AMRO Bank Maroc from 1993 to 2000. Youssef graduated from the University of Cadi Ayad Marrakech in Morocco with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. He earned multiple Masters Degree in Banking and Finance from Conservatoire National Des Arts et Métiers de Paris and another in Economy and Foreign Trade from ISCAE/ University of LILLE. He also holds Executive MBA from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées Paris. He comes into the current role with rich banking experience in retail and corporate banking. Youssef possess great leadership ability gained from his various leadership exposures.
