Prince Agyei Aitee is a seasoned Finance professional with over fifteen (15) years of corporate experience in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, Risk and Corporate strategy.

He was appointed as Head of Finance of Bank of Africa Ghana Ltd in November 2017 and is responsible for providing functional leadership for the Finance Department. Prior to this appointment, he was the Unit Head, Financial Control and was in charge of the Bank’s financial reporting, regulatory and tax functions.

Before he joined the Bank in 2014, he worked at Fidelity Bank Ltd as Finance Manager and later as Internal Auditor.

He is a Chartered Accountant and a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) UK. He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration (Finance) and a First Class Bachelor of Science degree in Banking and Finance from University of Ghana.

He has participated in several executive programmes including EuroMoney Plc, Frankfurt School of Finance and Manchester Business School.
